Vidatox Return Policy for International Orders

Email return@vidatox.info if you're not satisfied with your purchase and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase.

Note: Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on preference.

All European Union customers have the right to back out of a purchase within seven days of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If a European Union customer cancels their order during this 7-day period, we will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product(s) AND any extra fees (e.g. shipping) paid by the customer to receive the item. We can charge the customer for cost of shipping goods. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days.

Length of Time it Takes For Refunds to Post to Your Personal Account

We only can accept product with original, unharmed boxes. We cannot accept flasks opened or harmed.
